Automatic Printing
This method of screen printing uses semi-automated highly calibrated machinery to provide perfect registration and amazing imprints. Automatic printing is mainly used for orders with large quantities, and for orders with highly detailed artwork. We have a 14-color automatic press, two 10-color automatic presses, and a 6-color automatic press at our facility, and can run up to 30,000 imprints per shift.
Manual Printing
This method of screen printing uses manual machinery and the ink is manually applied by the printer. Manual printing is mainly used for orders with small quantities, specialty imprint locations, or for orders with basic artwork. We have two 6-color manual presses at our facility, and can run several hundred impressions per day.
